| Corvallis Local Foods to part of Food Biz Bootcamp! |
| 1/29/2010: Corvallis Local Foods will be part of the "Small Farm Context" panel at the Food Biz Bootcamp this Saturday at 9am!
George Brown (from CLF), will join Garry Stephenson from the OSU Extension office and Tyler Jones from Afton Field Farm on the panel to talk about incorporating ingredients from local farms into their products.
The Food Biz Bootcamp is a 40 hour, three-part workshop. The intent of the workshop is to create a community of practice – a cohort of food business owners who can support one another through the challenge of establishing a local food business, enriched by mentors from existing food businesses in Western Oregon.
Corvallis Local Foods looks forward to participating in the Bootcamp and to all the delicious, locally produced foods that spring up as a result! |
