Any products that are delivered to the customer in unsatisfactory condition may be returned to the pickup site. The item will either be replaced or you will receive a credit for the item. You may use our Contact Us form to communicate any problems with your order.

Glass bottle return policy:
Milk bottles purchased through our site are subject to a $2 credit per bottle. In the interest of our sanity, please return the bottles in increments of 5. When you place your next order, we will add a $10 credit to the order before the card is charged. When you return the bottles please place them in a bag with your name on it, or on a piece of paper inside it.

There is no deposit for goat milk bottles, so please return them to the pick up location when you come to pick up your weekly order.
